Strive to be as natural as can be… physically, emotionally and mentally. There is no striving to be naturally spiritual… that is your soul's blueprint silly!
Always remember to dance, laugh, make sweet love, and (very important) cry. Listen to others quietly with open eyes, heart and mind, 'they too have their story'. I do not like to decorate my words.
